CCWC is deacon served.

Deacons are men and women who fulfill the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:8-13 and are individually set aside to care for specific needs of the church and its members and to attend to the accommodations for public worship. Deacons have no spiritual authority or leadership, and are not a “board,” but are set apart to care for temporal needs.
