Meet the 2023–2024 Pastoral Intern Class

Next week, our next class of pastoral interns will begin their labors here at Christ Church West Chester. Because all three of them are coming from out of town, we encourage you to learn a bit about them from this post, get to know them as they start ministering among us, and make them feel welcome. Please pray for fruitful growth in the knowledge of God’s Word, wisdom, and holiness as they start this next year.

Ross Thompson

Ross Thompson is from Covington, Georgia and was introduced to Raymond and our pastoral internship through the pastor of his local church back home. He is looking forward to the opportunity to serve the local church and pursue an MDiv that our internship provides.

Fun fact: Ross loves pickleball and cooking various foods.

Daniel Walsh

Hailing from Wilmington, Delaware, Daniel is stepping into this internship to learn how he can better serve and teach in the context of the local church as well as explore his ministry gifts.

Fun fact: Daniel is an avid golfer and enjoys tinkering with things like cars.

Isaac Willingham

Isaac is moving to West Chester from Cullman, Alabama to help better discern a call to ministry. He is friends with Rodney Evans through their time together at Westminster seminary, and it was Rodney who introduced him and encouraged him to participate in this internship.

Fun fact: Isaac enjoys the great outdoors and most of his past work experience has entailed working with his hands.
